  I had a really positive experience with Gardner Flooring. I needed a lot of Mohawk flooring – 1780 square feet – and they were incredibly helpful in getting it to me quickly. My salesman, Nick, was fantastic – really professional and took care of everything I needed. He kept me well-informed about the delivery date and the price was great.   Gardner Carpets truly knocked it out of the park – they have an amazing selection of carpets and rugs, but what really set them apart was the fantastic service from Doug Walton, the General Manager. It was clear he and his team really cared about providing a great shopping experience, and the installers were incredibly attentive and respectful. It’s been a year since our last visit, and we wanted to say that the quality of customer service and attention to detail remains consistently outstanding – thank you again! report abuse

  Gardner Flooring truly delivered on their promises. They were the only flooring shop we spoke to who really understood and confidently embraced our vision, and we couldn’t be happier with the result! Jose and his team were fantastic – incredibly meticulous, quick, and professional. We had a pretty complex design from Pinterest, and they completely nailed it.   I was really disappointed with my recent experience. The installer arrived and, unfortunately, my 74-year-old mother’s dog – a small Yorkie – jumped on him, and he immediately assumed the dog had bitten him. He then threatened my mother, which was incredibly upsetting for her. While the owner and installer apologized, the damage was already done; my mother was understandably shaken and waited outside for him to leave. Honestly, the entire situation felt unprofessional and alarming. As someone who manages people, I expect a much higher level of control and respect for property. Until this company can ensure their employees are properly trained and mindful of their interactions, I wouldn’t trust them in my home. report abuse

  Martin was fantastic – he really went above and beyond to help my mom find exactly what she wanted, which was a tricky task given her particular tastes. The quality of the products was excellent, and they had a really good selection too. report abuse
