  Overall, we’re absolutely thrilled with our experience with H&H Flooring. Brian was fantastic – so polite and really knew his stuff when we were looking at different flooring options.   “We’ve been going through a tough time renovating our house over the last year, and sadly, a family loss really threw us off track. But H&H was absolutely fantastic – so understanding and accommodating that they stored our flooring until we were ready to continue. I have to say, Brian Hooks is just incredible. He was our salesman way back when we built our home 22 years ago, and he’s consistently the most professional, knowledgeable, and helpful salesperson I’ve ever dealt with. We’ll definitely be going back to Brian at H&H for all our flooring needs – he’s become our go-to! And Roberto and his team were amazing too; they were so flexible and got both our floors and countertops installed despite my hectic schedule.   Charlie Harrelson really went above and beyond for me. I was so pleased he recommended Tim Bannister to handle the sale and the complete flooring renovation – removing the old hardwood and installing everything new. The installers, Alonzo, Ulysses, and Kevin, were fantastic – incredibly polite and professional, which is hugely appreciated when you’re dealing with a busy person like myself in the military. The whole process went incredibly smoothly, and I couldn't have asked for better service. I even made some new friends during the process! H&H Flooring offered a great product and a fair price, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a flooring contractor.
