  “James and his crew did an absolutely fantastic job renovating our flat roof. The original roof had collapsed over time, causing significant water damage and rot, but they completely transformed it into a beautiful continuation of our pitched roof. They were meticulous in removing all the damaged wood and addressing the internal damage to our framing – they even salvaged as much of the original framework as possible. They added a fantastic pull-down attic door, which was a brilliant touch. Throughout the entire process, the team was incredibly friendly and professional. They really listened to my concerns and suggestions, always encouraging feedback until I was completely satisfied with the work. They finished the job ahead of schedule, which was a huge bonus.
