  This was an absolutely appalling experience. I can’t recommend Dubose Construction to anyone. They were working incredibly close to my property and, without warning, they ruptured a gas main. We were completely blindsided and terrified – we thought it was a sewage leak, and the smell was overwhelming, making my young children incredibly distressed. I was sick to my stomach and throwing up from the fumes seeping into our house. Adding to the worry, their workers parked in my driveway, clearly anticipating a bigger problem. When I contacted them to complain, the individual I spoke with was utterly clueless and seemed completely uninterested in resolving the situation. It took weeks of persistent calls to get them to even address the issue, and even then, they haven’t followed through on basic things like replacing the curb or leveling the yard. Now, a month later, the grass still isn't watered, and it’s clear they’re prioritizing profit over customer safety and responsibility. The secretary seemed completely disengaged, and the lack of communication and concern from anyone at Dubose Construction was frankly shocking.   “I was waiting at the Redland Rd intersection for an hour and no one informed me that the road was closed. It was particularly concerning that a 4-way closure happened during the busiest time of day without any signs or detour information. The lack of communication and planning for this project was really disappointing.” report abuse
