This was an absolutely appalling experience. I can’t recommend Dubose Construction to anyone. They were working incredibly close to my property and, without warning, they damaged a gas main. We initially thought it was a sewage issue because no one informed us what was going on. The smell was overwhelming, my young children were terrified, and I was severely nauseous and ended up throwing up. To add to the stress, their workers parked in my driveway, making us feel completely unsafe. When I contacted the company to complain, the person I spoke with was completely clueless and seemed utterly uninterested in resolving the situation. Then, two months later, they dug up my entire front yard and removed the curb – and they haven’t even bothered to put it back! Despite constant calls over the next three weeks, they still haven’t done anything to restore the yard, leaving the ground uneven and no one to water the grass. The secretary seemed completely indifferent, and frankly, it felt like the whole company just didn't care about the impact they were having. It’s clear they’re only focused on profit and don’t value the safety or well-being of the people around them. I’m filing a report with the city and strongly advise against using this company.

“I was stationed at the Redland Road intersection for an hour, and it was completely baffling that no one informed us the road was closed. It was incredibly disruptive to have a 4-way closure with no signs or detour in place, especially during the busiest time of day. The overall organization of this project seems really poor.”

“They were absolutely wonderful – so kind and helpful, especially after we were involved in that accident. A genuinely supportive team.”

“The team provided really great customer service – they were very helpful and responsive. However, we have a significant amount of work still ahead of us to get everything completed.”
