  “I needed a plumber and called the number listed, but no one answered. Thankfully, they called me back – I’m not even sure who it was. I was surprised they wanted to charge me $57 just for an estimate, especially since I never charge my customers for estimates when I’m doing work like house washes or driveway cleaning. I drove all the way to Dothan to get an estimate, and it seemed like they just didn't want to go the extra mile. I’ll have to look for a company that’s willing to provide a free estimate.” report abuse

  I was incredibly frustrated with my experience with this company. I scheduled a service on May 9th, and while they initially said they’d be out the next day, they called just a few hours later saying they were close by. Given my 40-minute commute, this was completely unacceptable. After spending two hours on May 10th with no resolution, they then informed me they needed to run a camera, pushing the appointment back to the following Tuesday. I patiently waited, only to be told on Tuesday that the appointment was pushed to Wednesday, with no specific time given. I ended up taking the entire day off work to wait, and then they canceled the appointment at the last minute due to the weather – despite clear skies! They never bothered to call me back, and I lost a whole day’s pay. It was a complete lack of communication and respect for my time, and honestly, the worst service I’ve ever received from a repair company. It’s a shame because they initially diagnosed the problem so quickly, and I could have avoided a week of not being able to use my kitchen if I'd called them first. report abuse

  I was really frustrated with my appointment today. I arrived at 8am and nobody was there. I called multiple times, but no one answered. The receptionist explained there was an emergency and they would call me back, but I haven’t heard anything. It’s now the end of the day and still no contact. I wasn’t even notified about the delay – that feels incredibly unprofessional and the customer service was poor. report abuse
