I’d inquired about using a camera during the inspection, and he was upfront about not having one with him at the time, but he quickly arranged for either him or Cesar to return later that day or by Monday to get it done. It’s clear Richards Family Plumbing & Electrical is doing things differently under the new management; they’ve really stepped up their customer service, and I appreciated the quick follow-up call to make sure everything was going smoothly.   Austin did a fantastic job with the plumbing in my Montgomery home. He replaced my old sink faucet and, thankfully, it was beyond repair. The new faucet looks great – it fits perfectly in my kitchen and has completely stopped the dripping from my bathroom sink. I really appreciated Austin taking the time to explain everything and answer all my questions; it put my mind at ease, especially since I’m not very experienced with plumbing work.   “I can’t recommend Austin & Cesar’s Plumbing Services highly enough. I’ve been a client for fifteen years, working with them at two different homes in Montgomery, and they’re truly some of the most skilled plumbers I’ve ever dealt with. Now, their pricing is a little different – you’ll definitely need to have a conversation with Austin and Cesar to get a clear understanding of the costs involved. Austin will give you a price range, but Cesar will then finalize the details over the phone as you go through the specifics. But honestly, the effort is completely worth it. They have an incredible toolkit and, on one occasion, they even sent three vans out to my property. You really get a fantastic value for your money. It’s a relationship built on open communication, and I wouldn’t trust my plumbing with anyone else.” report abuse

  “I had a really stressful situation with a sewage backup in my bathtub, and I was understandably worried. I was a little frustrated initially because Richards Family Plumbing & Electrical seemed quite busy when I called, but the woman who answered was so polite and reassuring – she immediately said they’d send someone as quickly as possible. She followed up with a specific timeframe after sorting things out, and thankfully, Austin arrived and took care of the problem really efficiently and with a lot of knowledge.   Cesar and his partner did a fantastic job for us at Richards Family Plumbing & Electrical. They were really professional and engaged from the start, and handled a tricky situation with an old tap really well. Despite an unexpected problem, they quickly resolved it as recommended, and their prices were very reasonable.   Cesar from Roy’s Plumbing Repairs did a fantastic job diagnosing and fixing our plumbing issues. He was really upfront about the potential cost of a regulator replacement, which thankfully wasn’t needed – switching out a simple filter solved the low water pressure problem for just $10! He also took the time to do a quick check and replaced our bathtub drain plug, and I really appreciated him noticing and tightening a loose faucet handle – a small thing that could have become a bigger problem.   Cesar from Roy’s Plumbing Repairs was fantastic! He came out yesterday to fix our leaky pipes, and we really appreciated the timely reminders – we even got a text letting us know he was on his way. He was punctual, incredibly polite, and a total professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got everything fixed up really fast.
