I want to share a really concerning experience I had this afternoon. While I was adjusting my son’s seatbelt on Carter Hill Road, one of your company trucks suddenly swerved toward me, closely following my vehicle. It was incredibly frightening, and I felt like I had no room to maneuver or brake safely. To make matters worse, while I was waiting at a red light, the two men in the truck repeatedly honked their horns and aggressively gestured at me. I felt completely threatened and had to pull over to a public parking lot to get them to move away. I was deeply disturbed by this behavior and question the standards of conduct expected of employees within your company.
