  “The team did a good job getting my boiler tuned up before winter. They were a bit late – about two hours past their scheduled arrival time, and I didn’t receive a notification until an hour and a half after they were supposed to be there.   Brian’s service was unfortunately quite disappointing. He was very brief in answering my questions and it felt like he wasn’t really engaged. I had initially scheduled a switch from oil to propane, and just the next day I realized it was going to be too much work to drain and remove the old tank. I emailed him about my change of heart on Monday, but he said he never received it. I explained my decision, and he later told me he hadn’t gotten the email. What was really frustrating is that he hadn’t mentioned during our initial phone call that he only worked with propane and other options – I had specifically asked about replacing my oil furnace, and that information should have been shared upfront. report abuse

  Overall, the Mass Saves installation went well. Bryan was helpful with the coordination and paperwork, but Jimmy and Gary really took the lead and did a fantastic job. We’re pleased with the results and would definitely recommend them. report abuse
