    I really appreciate the owner reaching out to me directly after I left my review. It was clear they took my concerns seriously and had a constructive conversation about the incident at Wrentham Village Premium Outlets. While the initial interaction with the employee was understandably upsetting – he was disrespectful and made inappropriate remarks – the owner’s swift and honest response was incredibly reassuring. I truly value their willingness to talk through the situation, and it’s given me a much better sense of how the company handles customer interactions. report abuse

    I was incredibly frustrated with my recent experience. I scheduled routine maintenance for my AC, heat, and water heater, taking a full day off work. However, the first appointment was a no-show, only for me to receive a call at 4:30 pm to be informed he wouldn’t be coming. Losing a workday was unacceptable. The second appointment was even worse. The technician left my property for nearly three hours to pick up a pump, and when I questioned if he’d had lunch, he abruptly stopped responding. It was clear he had, and then he falsely claimed he hadn’t. Furthermore, despite me specifically pointing out the leaky furnace at the start of the appointment, no one bothered to tape it up. It took three separate visits and two employees working a total of about six feet of duct tape to fix something that should have been addressed during the initial appointment. Considering the high rates they charge, I’m extremely disappointed with the level of service – it felt completely disorganized and negligent. I certainly expected a much more professional and efficient experience. report abuse
