  Northshore HVAC/R really came through for me last summer when my old system started acting up. Lewis responded so quickly and got everything back up and running, but he was upfront about it being a temporary fix considering the age of the unit. I decided to go ahead and replace it, especially with how long delivery times have been lately. I’m so pleased with the new system – it’s incredibly quiet! The whole experience, from ordering to the installation, was fantastic. Lewis was professional, efficient, and really took the time to explain everything to me.   Lewis was fantastic to work with. I hired him for two jobs recently, and he was always punctual and incredibly efficient. He tackled both a gas boiler and a forced hot air unit with a real level of expertise and he was consistently polite and courteous. The invoices were very clear and detailed, and he kept me updated throughout the process – he’s a really responsive communicator.   Lewis was fantastic! He really nailed the problem with our air conditioning – we were initially looking at a huge bill to either replace or repair it, but Lewis quickly diagnosed the issue correctly. He even consulted with a Trane specialist to be sure. He was incredibly responsive, showed up on time, followed all COVID protocols, and was just a really professional guy.   I have to say, I was absolutely thrilled with the service Louis provided. I called him Saturday morning around 9am and he was there by 11am – incredibly fast! He arrived with a mask and booties, which I really appreciated. He was so professional, knowledgeable, and really took the time to explain everything to us. He even had the transformer part in his truck, which was impressive. The price was fair and reasonable, and honestly, I was so relieved to have him come out so close to Christmas. I was worried we wouldn’t have heat, but Louis completely took care of it. I highly recommend him – you won’t be disappointed! report abuse

  “Lewis was fantastic! I’d let things slip a bit on the maintenance, but he really took the time to explain exactly what he was checking out and even alerted me to some upcoming repairs. I especially loved that the invoice was so detailed, with photos of his work – it gave me complete peace of mind.
