They completely changed the design without giving me any clear explanation, and the final result was drastically different from what I’d originally envisioned. To add to the frustration, I was charged around $3,000 for relatively small adjustments – it felt entirely unreasonable considering it was their error.   I can’t recommend this company. After paying for their services, we experienced a complete lack of delivery – we waited over three months for something they’d initially promised would be ready. Following that, we were met with constant excuses and incredibly rude behavior from their team. Honestly, it was a terrible experience, and I strongly advise against hiring them; you’d be making a serious mistake. report abuse

  “I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with this company. From start to finish, it felt like a scam. The employees were unprofessional, didn’t complete the work they promised, and simply disappeared with my money. When I contacted JWB to report the issue, they offered no help whatsoever.
