“I had a really frustrating experience with the front desk representative. She initially introduced herself as Cindy, then quickly switched to Arla, and immediately launched into the conversation with a brusque “What do you need?” without any pleasantries. She was difficult to understand and, frankly, sounded incredibly rude, yelling “I can’t hear you!” when I tried to explain my issue. When I politely pointed out that her behavior was unacceptable for someone representing the business, she just hung up. When I called back to try and resolve it, she insisted she hadn't been rude, which is unbelievable considering she’d just disconnected me. It’s disappointing to see customer service standards seem to have slipped so much lately.”
