  “I had a really frustrating experience with the front desk representative. She initially answered the phone with a completely abrupt and unfriendly greeting – just asking ‘What do you need?’ without any introduction. It quickly became clear she wasn’t hearing me properly, and she responded with a very harsh tone, yelling that she couldn’t hear me. When I politely pointed out that her behavior wasn’t appropriate for someone representing the business, she immediately hung up. When I called back to explain, she insisted she hadn’t been rude, which was unbelievable given that she’d just disconnected the call. It’s disappointing to see customer service standards seem to have dropped so low.” report abuse
