  “Jennifer was fantastic – she really helped us find the perfect carpet for our stairs and bedrooms. We absolutely loved the Karastan pattern and it far exceeded our expectations.   “I can’t recommend Issis & Sons enough! We were completely overwhelmed trying to convert our van and needed lightweight backer board for our shower. Finding Wedi was a real challenge, and Issis & Sons was thankfully one of the only places in the whole state that had it. Rick was absolutely fantastic – he not only made sure they had enough for us, but he was so friendly and helpful, walking us through the whole process like we were complete beginners. He even loaned us a special caulking gun to save us money! Rick’s knowledge and experience were invaluable, and he was always happy to answer our questions. Honestly, he went above and beyond to help us make the right decisions for our project, and we felt completely confident in his advice. If you’re looking for flooring, tile, or tackling a bathroom or kitchen renovation, you won’t find a better team!” report abuse

  “Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed with the final result of our flooring installation with Issis. We had to return three times to address problems with the carpet installation and then twice more to correct issues with the finish on the wood floors. Even after all that, we still needed to meticulously go over every tack strip on the stairs and doorways to properly secure the nails. We also found the stain on the hardwood was uneven in several spots. Considering the issues we encountered and the quality we received, which didn’t meet our expectations, we were offered a $1000 discount, but we cannot recommend Issis based on our experience.” report abuse

  “I’ve been really happy with the Bruce hardwood flooring I purchased years ago to redo my house. They didn’t do the installation themselves, but they connected me with a fantastic installer who did a great job. I was back recently needing some adhesive and putty for a small water damage repair, and they immediately directed me to Home Depot – which was fine. It’s worth noting that Bruce no longer supports that particular floor anymore, just advising against using chemicals to remove the old adhesive, as it might not bond properly with the new cement. Despite that, the floors themselves have held up remarkably well; they’re still in great shape after years of use by my kids and grandkids, and we’re certainly not the most careful family!” report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with the experience. I scheduled a consultation for 5:15, after work, and my sales representative never showed up or called. It was a missed opportunity – a job that could have been worth $10,000 to $15,000. I just needed some advice on the different options available to me, and it’s frustrating when a scheduled appointment doesn’t happen, especially when it could have resulted in a significant sale.” report abuse

  Overall, we were really pleased with our recent experience. The linoleum flooring looked great in our laundry room and closet, and the price was fair. The team was fantastic – the sales staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the installers were professional and efficient. They arrived on time, took care of everything, even moving our appliances, and finished the job in just three hours. Plus, they left the whole area spotless!
