  I can’t even begin to express how amazing the team at Lumber Liquidators was on Saturday, April 19th. I was in a really stressful situation – selling my house and needing a specific type of hardwood flooring from a recent inspection. I’d been searching everywhere for weeks, visiting over a dozen stores, and only found it once, but it hadn’t arrived in time for my closing. I went to Lumber Liquidators as a last resort, and they completely went above and beyond. Despite not having it in stock, they took the time to check and miraculously found the exact pieces I needed – and they sold them to me on the same day! Seriously, they pulled me out of a huge bind, and the customer service was absolutely outstanding. I’m completely loyal to Lumber Liquidators from now on, and I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you so much! report abuse

  “I’m incredibly disappointed with my recent experience at the Pelham store. My customer ordered flooring at the end of September for $3,600, and it still hadn’t arrived as of October 19th. The delivery was scheduled for October 18th, but the manager couldn’t tell me where the order was or when it would be delivered. Worse, they refused to issue a refund to my customer. Because of this frustrating lack of communication and resolution, I can’t recommend this store – it’s severely impacted my ability to complete jobs efficiently.” report abuse

  “I had a really great experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond to answer all my questions even though I was arriving right before closing.   “We had a really frustrating experience with this company a little over a year ago when we had our floors installed. There were major issues – the installer took money from our home, the work wasn’t done properly, and it took three different crews to finally get it right. As a result, we received a partial refund. Now, just a few months ago, we contacted them again because the floors are already falling apart, and we’re hoping to utilize our warranty. However, we’ve been completely ignored. We’ve been waiting over four weeks for a single callback, and when we contacted the Pelham store, we were just passed off to a supervisor who hasn't returned our calls. Honestly, we’re at a complete loss for what to do. As a small business owner in Pelham myself, I feel obligated to say I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.” report abuse

  “I was really pleased with the quality of the flooring itself, but unfortunately my experience with the customer service was incredibly disappointing. The salesperson was overly aggressive, pushing me to purchase additional material – leftover pieces – that I didn’t need. After completing the project, I tried to return the unused pieces, but they refused, citing their return policy, claiming I should have known about the return process beforehand. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic, and I wouldn’t recommend buying from this place.” report abuse
