    “I’m incredibly frustrated with the lack of response I’ve received regarding a shattered sliding glass door that occurred while I was weed eating on April 5th. I reported the issue online and then followed up with a message after ten days, but it’s now over a week since I left that message and I still haven’t heard anything. Honestly, a simple return call within two weeks is the bare minimum, and it feels like they simply don’t value my business. As someone who’s worked in service for over 35 years, I’m shocked by this level of neglect. It’s unacceptable and feels disrespectful. I’m confident that if I were to contact them about potentially getting a sunroom, I’d receive a prompt call back – that’s the kind of service you should expect.” report abuse

No matter who you contact, from the salesperson to customer service, no one seems to respond or offer any help.     “I’m incredibly disappointed with the windows we purchased in 2020. Getting the initial process started was a hassle – it took two sales representatives, and thankfully, the second one was fantastic, which led us to believe we were getting a quality product. However, the windows themselves haven’t delivered. While they look good from the outside, they’re not significantly more insulated than our old windows from 1969. We replaced ten windows in our home, and it wasn’t a cheap investment. Shortly after installation, we started having problems with screens that had holes in them, and then we began noticing bugs getting into the window seals – something we never experienced with our previous windows. The entire process was frustrating, from the delayed response times of the technicians, who missed appointments and were difficult to reach, to the installers who unexpectedly moved our car during the installation, blocking us in and causing a minor dent. It’s been two years since the purchase, and despite numerous complaints and attempts to resolve these issues, the bug problem, the dent, and the windows themselves remain unaddressed. We’re hoping they can finally take action and honor the warranty to get these issues resolved.” report abuse
