  “I really wish I hadn’t bought these windows. They were significantly more expensive than I expected, and frankly, they haven’t delivered on the promise of lowering my energy bills. I’ve already experienced a major issue – the screens have been defective twice, requiring replacements. It seems like there’s a problem with the manufacturing process, as they consistently came out too small.
