  I can’t recommend Affordable Heating and Air Conditioning Pembroke enough! They recently replaced my air conditioner – which had suddenly stopped working on July 3rd – and Steve and his assistant did an absolutely fantastic job. It was incredibly hot and humid, but they worked through it efficiently and professionally, removing the old unit and installing the new one. Really appreciated their hard work! report abuse

From the very beginning, the process was incredibly smooth – they gave us a quick and helpful estimate, helped us figure out exactly what we needed, and scheduled the work fast. The technicians were truly expert and professional, and we were really happy with how reasonable the cost was. The mini-split system they installed is working perfectly, and we couldn’t be happier. The technician was fantastic – incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issue with our 1998 unit, how he fixed it, and even suggested we consider a replacement.   I really wish I didn’t have to write this, but I felt it was important to share my experience. I initially worked with some genuinely friendly people from this company, but unfortunately, they weren’t very responsive when my Fujitsu minisplit stopped blowing cold air from one of the indoor units in July. They charged a significant $250 for a visit, and essentially told me the problem was a failing “blue cord,” advising me to replace it and waiting four weeks for a quote. I never received a detailed explanation or a firm quote, and I was left feeling completely in the dark. Ultimately, I had to get a second opinion, and another company quickly diagnosed it as an EEV issue. They identified the problem with Unit A and, for just $30, replaced the faulty EEV with one from another unit – all within five days! report abuse

  “We’d been struggling with our aging AC unit for years, and despite regular servicing, it just wasn’t keeping up. Eventually, we had to start supplementing with extra window units. It became clear we needed a replacement. We chose Affordable Heating & AC after reading some fantastic reviews, and we were really impressed with how quickly they responded and scheduled an estimate. Devin Angelopolus was fantastic – he took the time to thoroughly explain our options, answered all our questions without any pressure, and really listened to what we were looking for. We decided to go ahead and replace the whole system, and also got some water and air purification systems installed, something we’d been considering for ages. The installation team, Steve Roache and Devin, were incredibly professional. They arrived on time, kept us informed, and left the work area spotless. The second day, Zach Duda and Devin finished the job, and within a couple of days, everything was up and running perfectly. Honestly, we’re so pleased with Affordable Heating & AC. The quality of the work, the friendly and knowledgeable team, and their commitment to customer service are outstanding.   “He was a really professional and respectful technician. He got right to work on the check-up, finished quickly – he actually completed the whole thing in about an hour!   I absolutely have to say how pleased I am with Affordable Heating & AC. They were fantastic – we got a new TRANE heating system and central AC at a truly amazing price, thanks to their help with the MASSAVE System. Plus, we were able to take advantage of some great rebates and a no-interest loan.   I absolutely loved working with Affordable Heating & AC! They were fantastic – Zach and his team were incredibly friendly, professional, and really went above and beyond to get my new AC installed, even on a super hot day. Not only were they the most affordable option after getting several quotes, but they delivered excellent quality and communication, which is exactly what I was looking for.
