  Overall, we were incredibly pleased with our new Mitsubishi mini splits and the installation. Heating our home has been fantastic, and we’re really looking forward to a comfortable summer thanks to this system.   East Coast did a fantastic job replacing our old HVAC system with a new heat pump. Tim was especially helpful, expertly guiding us through the entire process and designing a system that’s significantly more efficient and covers our home much better. The whole team was incredibly responsive and professional, and they stuck to the schedule perfectly – no unexpected costs or issues at all.   Tim and his team were absolutely fantastic – we couldn’t have asked for better. They were so professional and friendly, and always went out of their way to answer our questions. It was particularly impressive considering they were working in the attic during some really challenging, hot weather. My wife was so impressed, she said they were the best tradespeople she’d ever had work on our house – she’s been using contractors for 25 years!
