  I’m giving this company one star because of a really frustrating experience. An employee hit my car with their company truck while they were working, and instead of handling it properly, the manager, CJ, advised me not to file a police report, suggesting he’d take care of everything. He gave me a number to call him directly, but he was incredibly difficult to reach – I left multiple messages and couldn’t get through. When I finally did, he told me he wasn’t going to pay for the damage and insisted I file an insurance claim, claiming it wouldn't look good for the company. He knew that avoiding a police report would make it even harder for me to proceed. Now, I’m still struggling to get a response from either CJ or the claims department, and it’s been a week of constant phone calls and unanswered messages. It's clear they're not prioritizing customer concerns, and I wouldn't recommend this company based on this experience. report abuse
