I’m giving this company one star because of a really frustrating experience. An employee driving a company truck damaged my car during work hours, and instead of handling it properly, the manager, CJ, advised me not to file a police report, suggesting he’d take care of it. He gave me a number to contact him the next morning, but he was completely unresponsive – I left several messages through the front desk and couldn’t get through to him. When I finally did reach him the following day, he insisted we didn't need a police report and that I’d have to go through their insurance claim process. It felt like he was deliberately trying to avoid accountability. Now, I’m struggling to get through to either CJ or the claims department to even start filing a claim, and it’s been a week of constant frustration and unanswered calls. It’s clear they’re prioritizing protecting their company over helping their customers, and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
