  “I’m incredibly frustrated with this company’s response to a serious incident. While it was unfortunate that one of their trucks blew a tire on I-17, the driver continued driving for almost half a mile with debris flying off, which severely damaged my car. The two employees I spoke with didn’t speak any English, and when I finally reached their boss, Ivan, he seemed completely uninterested in helping. He just told me to file a report with DPS, and then ignored my calls for two days – even after a DPS officer confirmed the debris came from their truck. Eventually, the insurance guy called, offering a dismissive apology and stating they wouldn't cover the tire replacement. It’s completely unacceptable that they wouldn’t take responsibility, especially given the circumstances. I shouldn't be left to pay for the damage because of their apparent negligence and lack of concern.” report abuse
