I was incredibly frustrated with this company’s response to an accident that happened while they were driving on I-17. One of their trucks blew a tire, and the driver continued driving for nearly a half-mile before pulling off the freeway. During that time, debris from the truck and trailer scattered and seriously damaged my car. When I contacted the company, the two employees I spoke with didn’t speak any English, and when I finally reached Ivan, the manager, he seemed completely dismissive and just told me to file a report with DPS, which I did. He never returned my calls, even after multiple attempts over several days. Eventually, their insurance guy called, but he flatly refused to take responsibility, stating they weren't at fault despite the DPS officer confirming the damage came from their truck. I shouldn’t have to pay for a new tire because of their negligence and lack of accountability.

“I was really concerned about their driving – it seemed quite reckless. Given that, I have serious doubts about the quality of their work, and I wouldn’t recommend them, especially considering they were operating company vehicles.”
-
I was really pleased with the work this company did for me – everything went exactly as I’d hoped.
-
Honestly, it was a really disappointing experience.
-
That was really well done.

This work demonstrates a strong level of professionalism – it’s clear, well-organized, and executed with a focused, mature approach.
