  “We were so pleased with the work Dalinghaus Construction did to repair the foundation of our home. Our house sits on a hill, and we’d experienced some serious shifting after the recent heavy rains. They installed 16 helical piers and 4 tiebacks, and the team – Ben Conner, Ben Lett, and Angel Pena – was absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly hardworking, professional, and respectful of our property and neighbors. It was great to see them go above and beyond, like building a little bridge so our dog could still access her yard! The project was completed in just 6.5 days, which was a huge relief, and they cleaned up the yard so thoroughly it looked like nothing had happened. We appreciated how upfront Brian Novotny was with his estimates – he took the time to answer all our questions and even reduced the price when one less pier was ultimately needed. We chose Dalinghaus after getting four bids, and it was the right decision.   “Ted was fantastic – he arrived ten minutes early and had already begun working on the exterior when I got home. He was really attentive, taking detailed notes and even drew a diagram of the interior. They took the time to thoroughly assess both the inside and outside of my property and provided a clear, well-explained plan.   “Dustin was fantastic! He came to our home in Northern Arizona and really took the time to thoroughly assess our foundation issues. He explained everything so clearly, and I learned a surprising amount about foundations – it was a really valuable experience. What set him apart was his genuine desire to help us find a real solution, unlike the other company we spoke with who just seemed focused on making a sale.   “We were really worried about our foundation – we had significant cracking in the walls and floors – so we reached out to Dalinghaus after a recommendation from someone on the Tucson Community Facebook group. Initially, the receptionist seemed a bit abrupt when we asked if they had a structural engineer. Despite that, Ted scheduled a visit, and he was polite and responsive, but it quickly became clear something wasn’t right. He kept repeating back everything I said, even when I explained our budget constraints, and then he started suggesting we remortgage the house to cover the high costs. It felt incredibly disrespectful when he kept staring at my chest. Honestly, the whole experience was uncomfortable and unprofessional, and we’ve already moved on to finding another contractor.” report abuse

  “Joshua did a really thorough evaluation of the house I was selling, and I was so impressed with his professionalism. He was able to schedule the inspection quickly, and thankfully, he discovered the vertical crack wasn't due to a foundation issue – a huge relief! He even took the time to put together a detailed report, which is incredibly helpful when talking to potential buyers. It was also really refreshing to see his honesty and transparency. The seller had initially asked for a $50,000 repair estimate – completely outrageous!
