  “I’ve had a consistently frustrating experience working with this shop. They’re a sales and maintenance provider for a lot of construction equipment brands, including Volvo and LeeBoy, and it feels very much like a corporate-driven operation. Frankly, I’ve rarely been satisfied with their service, and I’d likely go elsewhere if they didn’t have LeeBoy parts in stock.” report abuse

  “I’m incredibly frustrated with the entire situation. I contacted Rango Trucking after one of their haulers, contracted by Arnold Machinery, parked directly in front of my business’s designated commercial loading zone – blocking both entrances. Rango Trucking insisted they had permission from Arnold Machinery, but refused to move the vehicle. As a result, Arnold Machinery completely ignored my concerns and continued to obstruct access to my business. It took several hours for them to finally load, and I was left unable to get in or out. Honestly, the lack of response and responsibility from Arnold Machinery was appalling, and their customer relations were terrible. Because of this, I will absolutely not be doing business with them and will be telling everyone I know to avoid them as well.” report abuse
