  “I initially gave a fantastic review of Dorian and Rob’s service – they were both incredibly helpful and dedicated, and I really appreciated Dorian’s commitment to ensuring I was happy with my 5090E. However, after a recent interaction, I need to adjust my feedback. Dorian’s attitude in person was significantly different than his helpfulness over the phone.
