  “I can’t recommend this place. We brought in a saw needing repair, and they immediately tried to sell us a new one – a cheaper brand they pushed. I reluctantly bought it, and just a few months later, it completely broke down in one of our workers’ hands. We had only used it about 6 times, and we have plenty of other saws available. When we took it back for warranty service, they bizarrely claimed we’d over-tightened the spark plug, even though it had never been touched! Honestly, it’s practically brand new. They refused to honor the warranty and demanded almost the full price to fix it – a truly terrible experience.” report abuse

  “I can’t recommend this repair place at all. I needed to get one of my augers fixed, and it was a huge mistake. They took a full month just to diagnose the problem, then another 45 days for an estimate. I spent weeks constantly calling, trying to get updates, and the person who answered the phone was consistently rude and didn’t seem to understand the importance of customer service. After all that, they told me the repair cost $300 more because they’d made a mistake in calculating the time. To add insult to injury, two months later the machine broke again – because they’d installed a new engine – and they wouldn’t honor the warranty. Seriously, avoid this place – it was a terrible experience.” report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with the billing. They charged me for pressure washing a hedge trimmer that was already in excellent condition when I brought it in – it looked brand new. It’s concerning that they charged for work done on something that didn’t need cleaning.” report abuse
