  “I just spoke with the warranty company about the issue with my exhaust fan. The technician only spent a very brief time here – less than a minute – and he immediately diagnosed it as a motor problem.   “I was really disappointed with my experience using Sunbelt Electric. To be honest, I felt forced into using them through OneGuard, and it turned out to be a bad decision. There was a huge delay – almost ten days – before someone finally came out to look at my broken ceiling fan, which was just sitting there, noisy and unusable, for over a week.” report abuse

  Overall, I was really pleased with the service I received through my home warranty. Sunbelt was quick to schedule an appointment, and the electrician, Frank, was fantastic – he was punctual, super friendly, got the job done efficiently, and did a really great job. report abuse

  Montana did a fantastic job getting our electrical issues resolved quickly. He was really good at figuring out what was wrong and he got everything fixed in a timely manner. Plus, he was right on schedule, arriving within the initial window we were given. report abuse
