  “I was really pleased with Imperial Excavating. I’d gotten a few bids for my pool project, and while their initial quote wasn’t the cheapest, it was fair. I initially wanted them to take a look at the site beforehand, but they were incredibly busy at the time. Ultimately, the company with the lowest bid came out after I’d already spoken to Imperial, and then dramatically increased their price. Despite the challenging, ‘hard dig’ that turned out to be needed, Imperial’s final cost was still significantly lower than other excavation companies I’d contacted – a friend who’s a pool contractor told me it was 40 to 50% cheaper! They were fantastic throughout the whole process: they arrived on time every day, answered all my questions promptly, and were just genuinely professional. I’m so glad I followed the recommendation and went with Imperial – they did a fantastic job and left the site spotless.” report abuse

  Overall, I was incredibly happy with the service I received. The team handled the demolition of my pool with a real level of professionalism, and I really appreciated being kept in the loop throughout the entire process. They were always responsive to my questions and concerns, and took care of everything from obtaining the necessary permits to disconnecting the electricity – it was a truly seamless experience.   “I recently hired Imperial Excavation for my owner-built project back in April of 2016, and I couldn't have been happier with the results. I contacted several excavators, but Justin was the only one who really took the time to understand my needs and ask detailed questions to ensure everything would be done correctly. His crew did an absolutely fantastic job with the excavation itself – they paid close attention to detail and made sure the work was exactly as specified. And beyond that, they went above and beyond with the cleanup, even spraying down the kids next door with the hose! It was a really nice touch. Honestly, doing an owner-built project can be a bit nerve-wracking, but with Imperial, you can put your worries aside. They deliver quality work, and I highly recommend them.” report abuse

  Justin did an absolutely fantastic job building our pool in Arizona while we were living back in California. We got the lowest price of the three bids we received, and he was incredibly helpful, even providing a great list of recommended subcontractors. The pool itself is a beautiful 728 square feet, and while the digging took a full three days due to the access challenges, everything ran really smoothly – a testament to his expertise.   Imperial has been fantastic for us. They’ve taken care of a couple of projects over the past few years, removing some pools and concrete slabs, and everything’s always gone smoothly. If you need a reliable excavating company, we definitely recommend Imperial. report abuse
