I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience. The reception staff were consistently unable to handle basic tasks correctly, and their communication skills were seriously lacking. Furthermore, I have serious concerns about the company’s business practices, feeling they’ve exploited a situation that feels deeply unethical. I strongly advise against doing business with them; their conduct is unacceptable.
