  “I’m really concerned about the ongoing issue of employees blocking private driveways. As an ER nurse, I often get home around 4 am after a 12-hour shift, and it’s incredibly frustrating and unacceptable to have to deal with blocked driveways – both mine and those of my neighbors.   “Honestly, the start to this job was really concerning. People were arriving late and spending a lot of time just chatting instead of getting to work. It’s a bit remarkable they actually get things done. There seemed to be a lack of drive, and I couldn’t help but feel it was more about taking it easy than actually working hard.   “I’m really disappointed with the way this B&F crew handled things. They were working on a project in my yard, and they used my address to have materials delivered – which was completely out of the blue. The delivery driver woke up my grandchildren, completely disrupting their day. I tried to contact someone to express my concerns, but I received absolutely no response.
