  “I’m really concerned about the impact this is having on my ability to get home safely after my long shifts. As an ER nurse, I’m often not getting home until 4 am, and it’s incredibly frustrating and unacceptable to have to deal with blocked driveways – both mine and those of my neighbors.   “Honestly, the coordination on this job seemed really lacking. There were significant delays due to people arriving late and spending a lot of time chatting instead of working. It was surprising they managed to get anything done considering the situation. It appeared there wasn't a strong sense of urgency, and I felt like the team could have been more focused.   “I’m really disappointed with the way this B&F crew handled things. They’re working on a project in my yard, and they used my address for deliveries – which was completely inappropriate. The delivery driver disturbed my grandchildren, completely ruining their day, and I tried contacting B&F to voice my concerns, but I received absolutely no response.
