“I reported a situation earlier today involving a customer. An older Mexican gentleman was parked in a handicapped spot at the liquor store without a permit. He appeared to be unsteady, and it was concerning to see him in a company vehicle. Unfortunately, the office was closed for the Fourth of July holiday, which prevented us from addressing the situation directly with him.”
