  “I reported a situation earlier today involving a driver parked in a handicapped spot at the liquor store. The driver appeared to be an older Mexican gentleman who didn't have a disability placard. He seemed unsteady, and it was concerning to see someone in a company vehicle taking up a designated spot like that. Unfortunately, the company was already closed for the Fourth of July, which prevented us from addressing the situation directly at the time.” report abuse
