  “I wanted to report an issue I encountered while driving on Indian School Road near 107th Street. As I was leaving Brothers Pizza’s construction site – located on the north side of Indian School – I noticed one of their signs had fallen over and was lying in the road. It was difficult to see and unfortunately, it brushed against the side of my car. I’ve contacted the company about this and, despite following up for three weeks, I haven’t received any response and it appears they aren't taking responsibility for the safety of their work site.” report abuse

  “I’ve been really frustrated trying to get in touch with Combs Construction. I’ve repeatedly attempted to reach Mark, the safety officer, for a full week, but he was consistently rude and even hung up on me. It then escalated when I contacted the office, and I got completely bounced around. To add to this, the main office has now hung up on me five times. It’s clear there needs to be someone in charge addressing customer relations, and I was even denied information about Mr. Valasco’s supervisor – it’s unacceptable.” report abuse
