I recently worked with them on a really complex project – converting a historic art gallery that had been vacant and severely damaged into a modern office space. They handled everything, from the architectural design to the actual construction, and it was fantastic to have both teams working together seamlessly. Mike was my main point of contact at the beginning, and he was fantastic. He was incredibly patient and explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand, which was a huge help since I wasn’t very familiar with construction projects. Then Trevor became my day-to-day project manager, and he was truly passionate about getting the job done right. Honestly, I was a little apprehensive going into this project – I’d heard so many stories about construction delays and cost overruns. But WDS completely exceeded my expectations.   Working with WDS Commercial, particularly Trevor and Mike, was an absolute pleasure. They completely transformed our decades-old building, handling everything from initial demolition to the full design and construction of a brand new floor plan to accommodate our change of use. Mike’s vision was incredibly valuable – he immediately saw the potential of the building and identified all the challenges before they arose. Trevor was our project manager and he was fantastic. He expertly managed the entire process, coordinating the WDS engineers, architects, and numerous subcontractors. He kept us consistently updated on timelines and skillfully navigated all the city permits, ensuring we got through every inspection and ultimately received our Certificate of Occupancy. Trevor’s attention to detail and proactive approach were key to keeping the project on track, and he was always mindful of staying within budget, securing multiple bids for subcontractors at each stage.   Trevor was fantastic – seriously one of the best project managers and site supervisors I’ve ever worked with. He did an amazing job overseeing the construction and handover of the new Crocs store in Tanger Westgate AZ. He was incredibly professional and always kept me informed.
