  “I’m seriously concerned about the way this company is handling customer issues. Paying a significant amount of money for a home shouldn’t mean facing such frustrating and unacceptable treatment. It’s completely unfair that we’re left to deal with the consequences of construction issues that the builders should have addressed under the warranty.” report abuse

They seamlessly combined two separate units to create a stunning, custom-built look – it truly appeared as if they were constructed directly on the site.   “Just a heads-up – access is through the drive-thru gate, and be really careful of the forklift and people moving around. They had me turn around at the back of the property and head back towards the front into the open docks. It’s best to get here before 1:00 PM to beat the lunchtime rush.” report abuse

  “Overall, we really loved the house, but we were incredibly disappointed with the warranty and the company’s lack of support. The product, which was manufactured in September of ‘19, has a poor warranty, and they’ve completely refused to address a serious issue – the bathtub wasn’t installed correctly and it’s honestly quite concerning, like there’s a real risk of someone getting hurt.” report abuse

  “We’ve noticed some serious changes recently – they’ve been cutting corners on maintenance, and the trailer frames are now noticeably weaker and more prone to damage. Frankly, it’s frustrating because they’re blaming us for the increased damage, despite the obvious issues with how these trailers are being handled.” report abuse

  Honestly, I’d recommend doing some thorough research before choosing this company. The quality of their work seems a bit inconsistent, and I had a really negative experience trying to get things fixed under warranty – the customer service was just awful. report abuse
