  “I’m really disappointed with the air conditioning system in the house. The original plan included a return duct for the downstairs bedroom, but that was never installed, even after two years and eight months. Now, the air conditioning unit downstairs has broken and needs to be replaced – a frustrating situation given the initial design issues.” report abuse

  “Honestly, it’s incredibly frustrating that Hillstone seems to lose interest once they’ve received your down payment. It feels like they’re more focused on the money than on supporting you and your excitement about building your new home.   Hillstone Homes really impressed me. They’ve got a fantastic team of experienced builders who create stunning, functional homes at a great price. Knowing they stand behind their work with a ten-year warranty and that their homes are incredibly energy-efficient – far exceeding what’s typical – gives you real peace of mind.   It’s a fantastic spot – the location is really lovely. Just be aware that it’s on the pricier side, but you definitely get what you pay for in terms of quality. report abuse
