“I honestly can’t recommend this place. The customer service was absolutely terrible. We arrived nearly 30 minutes before opening, as informed by the broker, Mike Bondy, and found the office empty.”

“Honestly, this has been the most frustrating real estate experience I’ve ever had. Building my third home, I was really hoping for a smooth process, but the La Placia project in Cave Creek was a complete disaster. Our salesman seemed completely lost, and he couldn’t even tell us what options were available or when we needed to make our decisions. ”

Overall, we were pleased with our new home in Surprise, AZ, but there’s definitely room for improvement. The builder did a good job, and we’re happy with the finished product. However, the communication could have been significantly better, and we unfortunately had a really disorganized in-house lender that we wouldn't recommend.

The biggest challenge with this seems to be the significant time investment required to operate the gate.
