  Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the work Diamond Cut Landscaping did. I initially came in wanting just a simple irrigation upgrade, but the project ended up being much more involved – we had to level the entire yard, remove and reinstall over 1400 square feet of pavers, and even install a weep screen around the house, which hadn't been done during the original construction. It was a significant undertaking, and honestly, a bit of a surprise how much work was needed. Dan was fantastic from the beginning; he really knew his stuff and I felt confident he would do a great job. And Wendy was just wonderful – she was so kind and helpful, especially when she was able to delay the project until all the additional issues were addressed. Mike and then Kenny, our superintendent, were both fantastic too! Kenny was incredibly accommodating and thorough, walking me through everything at the end to ensure the irrigation system was working perfectly and addressing any small concerns I had. It was clear they were really committed to making sure I was satisfied. Honestly, the whole team at Diamond Cut Landscaping deserves a huge thank you – I highly recommend them! report abuse

  Honestly, we couldn't be happier with Diamond Cut Landscaping. From start to finish, the whole experience was fantastic. Dan was fantastic – he really listened to what we wanted for our space and created some amazing drawings that helped us picture the final result. We made a couple of tweaks to the design, and once we saw it, we absolutely loved it! Dan and Mike really impressed us with their commitment to seeing the job through, assuring us they’d stay with it until it was done, and they absolutely kept their word. Their customer service was outstanding; they responded to any questions or concerns we had immediately.   Diamond Cut Landscaping completely transformed our front courtyard, and we couldn’t be happier with the results!   Dan and his company were fantastic to work with – honestly, a breath of fresh air compared to some of the other contractors we spoke to. He was incredibly responsive and eager to meet with us right away, which made a huge difference. He really listened to our ideas and asked thoughtful questions to ensure he understood our vision for the design. Within just a couple of days of our initial meeting, he’d put together a really impressive 3D rendering that my wife and I absolutely loved. We did make a few changes along the way, but Dan handled them brilliantly. Unlike some contractors who get frustrated with changes, he was totally understanding and didn’t seem to mind at all. He just saw it as a normal part of the process. The whole project went incredibly smoothly, especially considering some unexpected supply chain issues. They were always on time and kept the workspace tidy, and I’ve already recommended Dan and his company to friends and family. report abuse
