  Overall, the landscaping job in our backyard and on our driveway was really impressive – the pavers and artificial grass were top-notch quality. However, we were a little disappointed with the plants and the drip irrigation system. The dwarf orange tree didn’t quite live up to its price tag, and unfortunately, several of the plants died within a month. They did a good job addressing the initial leak issue, coming back twice to fix it, but they never followed through on educating us about the drip system. report abuse

  Overall, we’re really pleased with the finished yard – it looks fantastic! However, the construction process itself was quite challenging. We encountered a lot of errors, including a serious issue with the travertine installation, and we found it incredibly difficult to get a response from the office to address our concerns and questions. report abuse

  Honestly, most of my neighbors have had really positive experiences with Straight Line, which is great. However, when I reached out to get a quote for my paver project, they basically said it was too small for them to handle and just wished me luck – that felt a little dismissive. report abuse
