“I worked with Jason on a septic design project, and unfortunately, the experience was really disappointing. I provided him with all the necessary information, including details from Hunt County, and he initially quoted a price. However, after I submitted the additional county information – which didn't require any changes – he suddenly increased the price without any explanation, calling me unrealistic. He then ended our working relationship abruptly. This experience aligns with other negative feedback I’ve seen regarding this company, and I would caution others to proceed with caution.”

“This was a really disappointing experience. The team seemed unprepared and, frankly, quite unresponsive. They requested a quote after receiving all the detailed information I provided, and then didn’t follow up at all. It felt like they weren’t genuinely interested in the project. Communication was difficult – they couldn’t even leave a voicemail with a specific engineer. I had to return to pick up my plans myself. Furthermore, I was concerned about the lack of safety precautions during the pandemic; they weren’t wearing masks in the office. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this office, especially considering they appear to be a construction firm if they aren’t actively taking on projects.”
