“I worked with Jason on a septic design project, and unfortunately, the experience was really frustrating. I provided him with all the necessary details and information from Hunt County, and he initially quoted a price. However, after I submitted the additional county information – which didn’t require any changes – he suddenly raised the price without any explanation. He even accused me of being unrealistic and then ended our working relationship. This experience aligns with some of the other negative feedback I’ve heard about this company.”

This was a really disappointing experience. The team seemed unprepared and unprofessional, requesting a quote after already having all the information they needed. They were also incredibly unresponsive, promising to send a quote but never following through. It felt like they didn’t genuinely want to do the project. Adding to the frustration, reaching an engineer to leave a voicemail was impossible due to a full inbox. I had to return to collect my plans, and I was concerned about the lack of safety precautions – I didn’t see anyone wearing masks in the office during the pandemic. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this office based on this interaction.

David Lewis is a truly outstanding engineer – he’s been working in the field for a long time and consistently delivers excellent service.
