  “I contacted Paragon because I had a serious roof leak, and frankly, the whole experience was incredibly frustrating. They immediately requested photos and then it took a full five days of constant follow-ups just to tell me they were ‘conflicted’ and couldn’t send someone. It’s unbelievable how long it took to figure that out – five days is far too long for a roof leak! I wouldn’t recommend using them for urgent issues; they clearly don’t prioritize those calls. I ended up having to constantly chase them for updates, and it took weeks before anyone even came to look at the problem.” report abuse

  “Working with this company was incredibly frustrating. From the start, I was constantly being contacted – almost weekly – to confirm I’d made the deposit. It felt very demanding, and I didn’t receive much communication back when I reached out. After weeks of chasing them down, I finally paid the full amount. Then, they didn't even acknowledge my requests for a written report for our insurance. They sent over a really rough, hand-drawn sketch with the readings and claimed it was close.
