  Honestly, I couldn’t be more thrilled with the work this team did. Our house was really past needing a simple refresh – it needed a full renovation, and they absolutely blew us away.   Honestly, our experience with this company was incredibly frustrating and disorganized. They initially promised a four-day turnaround for our custom cabinets, but we’re still waiting for them to be fully completed. Communication was almost nonexistent – we never knew when they’d show up, and they’d just appear unexpectedly. The work itself was messy, with sawdust tracked throughout our home, and they seemed to rush through the process, even sanding the cabinets inside our house. Things only went downhill from there; the doors they installed were wrong and now so heavy the hinges can’t support them. There was a complete lack of coordination, and we constantly felt like we were left in the dark about who was doing what and when. One of the drawers was ridiculously small, and the whole experience felt completely unprofessional. We’re just relieved we only gave them this initial job. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise against using them – it seems like many of the positive reviews are not genuine. report abuse
