The entire team – John Young, Jeffery Clark, Carla Rojas, and Majo Roman – were incredibly professional and always kept me informed. It was a long project, taking about a year, and we did encounter a few unexpected challenges with the age of the house, but they handled everything really well, managing expectations and explaining everything clearly. From the very first meeting with Morgan West and Mark Jones three weeks ago at our home in Arlington, we felt a genuine connection. They were incredibly professional, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable, taking the time to really understand our vision for the extension and new kitchen for Betty. There was no pressure at all – it felt like we were working with a trusted team, like part of their family. They were fantastic at accommodating our changes throughout the planning stages, and Morgan and Mark really listened to Betty’s ideas and preferences.   “Overall, we were really pleased with the kitchen remodel the team did for us in June. The quality of their work was excellent, and we especially appreciated the one-year warranty they offered. However, things took a turn for the worse when we contacted them in January to get some minor warranty issues sorted out. We were shocked to be told there was a large balance outstanding on our account – something that had never been brought to our attention before. It felt like they hadn’t been transparent with us, and it was incredibly frustrating, especially after we’d already received our certificate of completion and paid everything we owed. We expected better communication and support, particularly given the size of the renovation we’d undertaken. Sadly, this experience has left us feeling pretty disappointed and frustrated.” report abuse
