  “I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. They replaced my roof last year, and shortly after, a leak started from a vent. Despite multiple visits – I’d say around six or seven – they were unable to resolve the issue with silicone. Then, unbelievably, they claimed my warranty was void because I hadn’t referred a friend. It felt like they were trying to avoid fixing the problem entirely. I wouldn't recommend using their services.” report abuse

  “Overall, I was extremely pleased with PSN’s work. Clayton, our contractor, was fantastic – incredibly reliable and always kept his promises. The remodeling project, particularly after the lightning strike, turned out beautifully; it truly felt like we were stepping into a brand new home. I’m especially thrilled with my custom fireplace and the beautiful white kitchen cabinets they installed.   Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this company. We hired them to fix a roof leak we had, and they completely botched the job. It was as if they hadn’t even addressed the problem, and we felt completely ignored while dealing with the ongoing leak. report abuse

  “I can’t recommend Property Solution Network highly enough – they were fantastic dealing with our storm damage, and it’s the second time we’ve used them. Mason was truly a lifesaver, coordinating everything so smoothly and paying such close attention to detail. He was also so accommodating and willing to go the extra mile to meet our needs.   “I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from PSN Roofing! Robert and Grant were absolutely fantastic – Robert really took the stress out of dealing with the insurance company, and Grant was incredibly responsive and helpful. They not only replaced my roof perfectly, adhering to the insurance requirements, but they also went above and beyond, repairing the leaking ceiling and repainting the interior walls. Then, just a month later, we had another major storm with a fallen tree branch. It was incredibly frustrating, but PSN stepped up immediately. Grant assessed the damage and thankfully, they sent someone out to fix it – completely free of charge! It’s amazing to find a company that’s so dedicated and willing to help, especially given how often we experience storms here in the DFW area.
