  “I couldn’t be happier with the work PSN did on my roof! Robert and Grant were fantastic – Robert really took the stress out of dealing with the insurance company, and Grant was incredibly responsive and professional. They not only replaced my roof perfectly, adhering to the insurance requirements, but they even went above and beyond, fixing the leaking ceiling and repainting the interior walls. Then, just a month later, another storm hit with a fallen tree branch. It was a real headache, but PSN stepped up immediately. Grant assessed the damage and arranged for a free repair – unbelievable!   “I couldn’t be happier with the work Property Solution Network did on our roof! We found them through a Yelp request and Robert was fantastic from the start. He offered a free consultation and patiently answered all of our questions about the whole process, even the tricky part of dealing with our insurance claim. What really set him apart was that he’s the owner and has experience as an insurance adjustor – it made a huge difference in navigating the claim. When the insurance company initially denied coverage, Robert didn’t give up. He pushed for a second inspection and really advocated for us with the adjuster. The installation itself went smoothly, with the crew completing the job by 3 PM after starting around 7 AM. The roof looks amazing, and everyone involved was so knowledgeable and helpful. Robert really kept everything on track and we’re so grateful for the beautiful new roof!   Working with Property Solutions Network was an incredibly frustrating and concerning experience. Following a storm, we engaged them to replace our roof and handle repairs at our apartment complex, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a complete disaster. There was a constant shift in the people overseeing the job, and we never received clear communication about who was in charge, which led to a lot of confusion and delays. Tragically, one of their workers was seriously injured on-site, and we were completely left in the dark about his identity or the situation. It felt like they were prioritizing speed and cost-cutting over quality and, frankly, our well-being. I repeatedly brought my concerns to the owner, Robert, but he ignored all of my emails and phone calls. To add to the stress, we were subjected to relentless pressure regarding payment – multiple people contacted us daily demanding immediate payment, often showing up unannounced. Now that the project is complete and they’ve been fully paid, we’ve been unable to get any response from them at all. I wouldn’t trust this company with anything, and I strongly advise against using their services. report abuse

  I got a recommendation for Grant Haltom through Nextdoor for some handyman work, and he initially seemed interested in a bigger residential job. However, he didn’t return my call right away, so I posted on Nextdoor to let him know. He finally called back on Tuesday, explaining he’s part of “Property Solution Network” (PSN), but I’m not sure exactly what his role is – whether he owns the company or just does side jobs. He said he avoids work on weekends due to family commitments, which I appreciate. We scheduled a visit for Wednesday at 3pm to discuss an estimate, but he hasn’t shown up and hasn’t contacted me. Honestly, this experience is concerning, and I'm wondering what to expect if this is the level of communication and reliability I’ll be dealing with once he’s hired. report abuse
