  “I couldn’t be happier with Port City! Jerry was fantastic – incredibly fast, kept me updated every step of the way, and was really fair with his pricing. He recently installed some large mirrors in my fitness facility, and he completed the job in just 1.5 weeks!   Jerry was fantastic – really easy to work with and incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond by taking the time to show me how to remove my window myself, which saved me a lot of money. I’d definitely recommend him and would absolutely use his services again. report abuse

  “I was really frustrated when I had a window suddenly shatter in my bedroom – my brother was just trying to open a stuck window and it broke.   I’m really disappointed with my recent experience. I encountered several drivers – including one of yours – who were driving recklessly, cutting people off at intersections. Worse yet, today during the snowstorm, I saw a van driving without its headlights on. It seemed like the drivers needed some additional training and attention to safety. report abuse

  “I was so pleased with my experience at Port City Glass this spring. I had Certainteed windows installed, and unfortunately, the seals were faulty in almost every window.   “We were so relieved with Port City’s response when our son accidentally broke our garage door window late Monday night. Gerry called us first thing Tuesday morning and was out to assess the damage within the hour.   Jerry was fantastic! The recent storm really did a number on my old door, breaking the window and some of the frame. He came out and fixed everything – the window and the extra damage – and he was completely finished before lunchtime!   Jerry really impressed me. I was struggling to figure out how to get the best results for my windows, and he was fantastic at guiding me. Honestly, I didn’t think it was possible to achieve such a great outcome with my old restaurant, but he made it happen.
