  “I was really disappointed with the service I received. The technician arrived, and while he was quick, the bill was shockingly high – they charged me for 90 minutes of work that only took about an hour. He diagnosed a need for a new furnace, spent time in my basement researching quotes, and I felt like the whole experience was just unacceptable.” report abuse

They charged us a hefty $200 for a technician who seemed completely lost and misdiagnosed a problem.   Richard Walz has been a consistently excellent contractor for me over the past twenty years – they’ve always been incredibly responsive, reasonably priced, and trustworthy.   “Overall, I’ve had a really positive experience with this company. I bought my house four years ago, and for the last couple of years, we’ve had a persistent problem with water coming into my garage through the drain and also leaking through the floor in my finished basement.
