  Rudi’s been our plumber for sixteen years now – he’s done a fantastic job for us and even for my husband’s mom before that! We’ve always been really impressed with his service – he’s always prompt, friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. We’d definitely recommend him. report abuse

  Honestly, I was really impressed with how promptly they responded to my initial inquiry. However, after that, I didn't receive a quote and I followed up a couple of times, but I never heard back. It felt like they weren’t really interested in moving forward, and a simple update – even to say they weren't a good fit – would have been appreciated.   “I was really disappointed with the service I received. Another plumber didn’t show up for my appointment, and I was promised a callback by the end of the day. It’s now the following week and I haven’t heard anything. When I finally called to inquire, I was met with a dismissive response and no attempt to actually help or apologize. It felt completely unprofessional and like my time wasn’t valued at all. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this company.” report abuse

  I contacted them and was initially connected through an answering service. They promised to call me back, but I still haven’t heard from them after three days. While they might be a skilled plumber, be aware that getting in touch with them can be a bit of a time investment. report abuse
