I was incredibly disappointed with my experience renting a U-Haul from San Tan Rentals. The process took nearly an hour, and it was clear they were prioritizing tool rentals over truck rentals. Sadly, I won’t be returning there.

Timbo was fantastic – seriously the best service I received when I picked up the skid steer. He was so funny and helpful, I’d definitely recommend him!

Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place. The salesperson I spoke with wasn’t particularly helpful, and I just needed a simple handle for the pull string on my quad. He didn’t even attempt to assist me, which was a real disappointment. I definitely won’t be returning.
