  We absolutely love our new home from Regional Homes of Maryland. From the moment we moved in, we were incredibly impressed with the quality of the build. They were consistently on time, incredibly responsive to our questions, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. We even had an independent inspector who was blown away by the level of detail and thoughtful design – it’s not typical for the industry. They really considered how we’d actually *live* in the house, and we've had zero problems since we moved in. They really walked us through everything and made the process much smoother than we anticipated. More recently, after a pretty serious storm, we needed some urgent roof and ceiling repairs. To our great relief, Regional Homes Maryland stepped in and took care of it completely at no cost!   Regional Homes were absolutely fantastic – I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Chip and Steve were incredibly dedicated and took the time to really understand my vision for my new home, as if it were their own project. They listened carefully to my needs and worked hard to bring my ideas to life. Plus, I really appreciated their honest and fair pricing, and how they proactively worked to manage costs.   I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience building a home in Renaissance Square. After five and a half years, the finished basement has flooded three separate times, and it’s clear there are serious underlying issues with their construction. The first flood occurred just a year after we moved in, and they blamed a faulty installation by the plumbing company – specifically the floats on the sump pumps. The second flood was attributed to incorrect property grading, which Steve, one of the owners, attempted to fix by regrading the yard, but it didn’t solve the problem. Most recently, we had eight inches of water in our basement, and Steve now claims it’s due to the discharge being routed too far. Notably, neither the main nor backup pump ever activated during these floods, and frankly, they’ve been unwilling to address the fundamental problems or even fix the basement itself. Adding to my concerns, a neighbor just five houses down has experienced similar flooding issues since she moved in. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend buying a home from them – in fact, I strongly advise against it. report abuse

  I was really disappointed with my experience visiting the villas. Joshua was incredibly rude and made several assumptions about our financial situation, along with frankly inappropriate and racially insensitive comments. It felt like he was unfairly judging us, and I was very concerned about the impression he gave. I made my representative aware of the situation, and I strongly recommend that if a purchase is considered, Joshua is completely removed from the process. It’s clear his behavior is damaging to your business. report abuse
