  “I couldn’t have asked for a better experience dealing with a slab leak. CA Construction was fantastic from the very beginning. They came out to assess the situation before I even filed a claim, and their professional opinion was really helpful in getting the process started. Once the insurance company approved the claim, they took over the mitigation work and did an absolutely incredible job – it was handled so smoothly and cleanly. Robert, my project manager, was especially helpful, guiding me through material selections and making the whole process so much easier. Honestly, the insurance company was dragging their feet for nearly three months, but CA Construction kept things moving and supported me every step of the way.   “I have to strongly advise against using CA Construction. Our experience with them was truly awful. We hired them to replace our roof, and it quickly spiraled into a disaster. The crew took an incredibly long time, and when they finally finished, they left several areas unfinished. Worse yet, they accidentally set our roof on fire – a completely frightening and unacceptable situation that showed a severe lack of safety precautions. Even after this major incident, they didn’t seem concerned about their work. They left our house with inadequate insulation and exposed cables, which were a serious safety risk. Communication was terrible, and our project manager, RJ, was incredibly difficult to deal with; he was often dismissive and even yelled at us. He didn't seem to oversee the work at all, which allowed his team to pad their time. We had to do most of the quality checks ourselves. Honestly, we wouldn’t recommend CA Construction to anyone. This whole experience was incredibly stressful, and we’re now stuck paying another company to fix the problems they created. Please, save yourself the trouble and find a different roofing contractor.” report abuse

  “I cannot recommend CA Construction. Our experience was absolutely disastrous. We hired them in March to fix a pipe leak in our master bathroom, and four months later, the job is still unfinished. The quality of the work is shockingly poor – the flooring was installed by unreliable people, and the bathroom itself remains a complete mess. The project managers were completely unprofessional, including a man named Daryl who lied to my insurance adjuster. Worse, he sent an unidentified worker into our home without any connection to the company. The owner, Aaron Avila, was incredibly unresponsive, ignoring our calls for weeks until a payment was due. They charged us $300 for flooring that they couldn’t even account for, and the whole process felt like they were taking advantage of our difficult situation – my wife was undergoing cancer treatment while we were out of our home. Adding to the frustration, they didn’t order the bathroom fixtures until three months into the project, and they repeatedly failed to correct the damage they caused, even staining our living room carpet. It’s truly unbelievable how badly this company handled our home and our lives. Please, do not trust CA Construction.” report abuse

  “Davis and his team were fantastic! We had a really bad water leak and everything was completely soaked. They quickly got to work drying everything – the walls, cabinets, and carpet.   “I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude to Darrel and his team – especially Elvis, Rubin, and Leo – for the fantastic work they did repairing my elderly parents’ home. They were incredibly professional and friendly, and went above and beyond to get the job done quickly and thoroughly. Because of their efforts, we were able to minimize the time we spent in the hotel. Darrel really took the time to manage the project, keeping me updated daily with clear explanations that my parents could easily understand. CA Construction was a true partner, working seamlessly with our insurance company.   Overall, we’re really pleased with the work Darrel’s team did to fix the leak in our kitchen. While the communication could have been a bit smoother at times, the quality of their work – especially Elvis and his partner’s fantastic finish work – has been outstanding. They’ve really done a great job, and Mark’s cabinet work was also excellent. We’re very happy with the final result! report abuse

They not only completed the necessary repairs quickly and efficiently, but also identified some other improvements we needed around the house – all at a very reasonable price.
