I especially appreciated their detailed instructions on maintaining my new furnace and A/C system, including where to buy filters and how often to change them.   “Innovative Construction has done an absolutely incredible job on our extensive home renovation, and we’re so grateful for their professionalism and patience. They’ve tackled a massive project – everything from a full kitchen remodel and both bathrooms, to converting our laundry room into a studio and adding that amazing beam to the high ceiling. It’s been a whirlwind! The whole crew has been so courteous and considerate, especially since we’ve been living through the whole thing. Carlos and Moises have been particularly helpful throughout, and we’ve been consistently impressed by their skills and attention to detail. Ray and Ray Jr. recently finished the complicated tub replacement with the jacuzzi tub, and Mickey, Juan, and Angel have been invaluable with the doors and painting. Doug has done a fantastic job managing the schedule and keeping everything running smoothly, and he’s been so understanding of our family’s busy life and constant changes. Honestly, the entire Innovative Construction team has gone above and beyond – they’ve been incredibly kind, polite, and always cleaned up after themselves. They tackled a full kitchen remodel, two bathrooms, and flooring throughout my house, and the La Quinta renovation was equally impressive. What really stood out was their responsiveness; they were always available to help and, crucially, they quickly addressed a serious slab leak in my kitchen just a year after the initial work. They even worked seamlessly with my insurance adjuster to get the job done efficiently. I’m a landlord, and dealing with tenant issues can be stressful, especially with the extreme summer heat in La Quinta – it routinely hits 115 degrees!
