She was so helpful in picking out the perfect spa for us and patiently answered all of our questions. She even went above and beyond by assisting us with coordinating the patio and electrical work we needed. When we had a problem with the steps over the winter, Tanya swiftly took care of it under warranty – it was incredibly responsive and we really felt supported.   “Tom and Andrew did a fantastic job fixing my hot tub today. They were punctual, really friendly and professional, and they quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue by replacing the motherboard.   “We absolutely loved working with Thatcher Pools! Tonya was fantastic – so helpful and really knew her stuff. She took the time to understand what we wanted and helped us find the perfect pool and placement for our yard. The whole team, including Ben, was amazing. Ben even came out to do the site work and install the pool himself, and we were swimming in our new radiant rectangle pool in just a few days! Seriously, they're a well-run, experienced family business, and they’ve been quick to answer any questions we’ve had.   Honestly, we couldn't be more thrilled with our experience buying our hot tub from Thatcher! From start to finish, the team was fantastic. Tanya was so helpful, patiently walked us through all our options, and even assisted us with financing. They went above and beyond to get the concrete and electrical work scheduled, and after the tub was installed, Tanya even came to our house for a thorough tutorial.   “We were so thrilled with our new house, especially with the pool, but we really appreciated Thatcher’s help getting it up and running smoothly. After taking their Pool School – which I highly recommend – we still had a few issues with filtration and water quality. Kaitlin and the team were fantastic; they quickly diagnosed the problem and recommended a fantastic upgrade to our system.
