  “My experience with Rockford Stamped Concrete was incredibly frustrating. I initially contacted them back in April 2020 to discuss a project, and we even received a quote. We were ready to move forward in June, but getting any communication was a huge struggle. I repeatedly emailed and called, and Tim, who handled my case, preferred this method, yet I still received no timely responses. Despite being told we were scheduled for the beginning of October, no details were provided, and when October arrived, we still didn’t hear anything. Tim simply said they were busy and short-staffed, but continued to maintain we were on the schedule—again, without any further information. Weeks turned into months with absolutely no communication. Finally, in December, I called to check on the status, and he told me they’d be working for another week or two, but hadn’t even contacted me to update me. It’s completely unacceptable—there was no explanation, no apology, just a complete lack of concern. After waiting over six months, I’ve learned the job won’t happen at all, and the worst part is the obvious disregard for my time and the lack of professionalism throughout the entire process.” report abuse

  We were really pleased with the stamped patio and concrete floor Rockford Stamped Concrete did for our shed this summer. Tim was fantastic – he took the time to walk us through the whole process and was so patient with us as we figured out our design. The work was completed quickly and professionally, and we’re absolutely thrilled with the final result. We’d definitely recommend them! report abuse

  “Rockford Concrete seemed promising initially, taking the time to assess our yard for the patio project. However, after promising to send an estimate, I never heard back from him. It was incredibly frustrating to have my time wasted, and he wasn't responsive to my texts or calls. Ultimately, I felt it was a very unprofessional experience.” report abuse

  Rockford Stamped Concrete did a really disappointing job with our pool deck project. They initially pushed back the start date, and then completely stopped returning our calls to let us know when they planned to actually pour the concrete. They ended up pulling the forms out of the blue one afternoon when no one was home, and we were left with nothing. Honestly, the lack of communication and responsiveness was incredibly poor, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. report abuse

  “I was incredibly disappointed with this contractor. We went through the bidding process and were set to begin the porch work the week of Tuesday or Wednesday. However, he never showed up, didn’t return any of our calls or texts, and completely disappeared. Now that the season is ending, we’re left with no solution and will be without a usable front porch until well into the fall, winter, and even early spring. It’s a huge inconvenience, and frankly, a completely unreliable experience.” report abuse

  “I couldn’t be happier with the work this team did – they’re truly professionals! Having personally overseen the installation of over 800 driveways and patios, I know quality when I see it. They were incredibly careful, minimizing any disruption to my yard – unlike some other local companies I’ve worked with. The crew was efficient and even went the extra mile by installing the basketball pad and pole. Plus, they expertly capped my irrigation lines, saving me a significant amount of money. The hand-cut pressure lines they used gave a really polished, finished look, which is far superior to saw-cutting. I wholeheartedly recommend these guys – you’ll get top-level work!” report abuse
