  I couldn’t be happier with the new carpet and the professional installation Aladdin Carpet and Floors provided. They completely transformed our upstairs – the two bedrooms, office, hallway, and stairwell – and the carpet itself is absolutely gorgeous and incredibly soft. Majid Zamani was fantastic; he was so knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire selection process.   I absolutely couldn’t be happier with the work this company did. From start to finish, the quality was outstanding – they really paid attention to every detail. Majid, who came to measure and help me choose my finishes, was fantastic. He was so professional and knowledgeable, and he really helped me make the right decisions with the materials and colors. And the installation crew – seriously, they were incredible! They were so careful with my furniture and walls, incredibly respectful and kept the whole area spotless. He really took the time to understand our family’s specific needs and budget, and we appreciated his flexibility with the holiday installation timeframe and his focus on the long-term durability of the flooring. The installation itself was incredibly fast, thorough, and top-notch – the quality was excellent. We’ve already had the carpet installed in the bedrooms and rec room, and we’re really pleased with the product itself, which matched the descriptions perfectly.   We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Costco and Aladdin Carpet & Floors! From start to finish, the whole team was fantastic. Majid Zamani, our project designer, was truly exceptional. He took the time to explain the entire carpet installation process to us, answering all of our questions and offering really helpful advice on choosing the perfect carpet for our home. He brought a huge selection of samples and we really appreciated his expertise. After our consultation, Majid promptly followed up with a detailed email summarizing our meeting and including the contract, making the whole process so smooth. The installation team arrived on time, worked incredibly efficiently – they had everything finished in just one day! – and kept the area clean as they went. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and we’re so grateful for their professionalism.   I’m absolutely thrilled with the work Aladdin has done for me since 2022! I’ve just finished my third project with Nader Daveri and his team, and I couldn’t be happier. Nader has been fantastic – so helpful with everything, from the initial design and planning to patiently guiding me through decisions about colors, lighting, and all the little details. Thanks to his team’s expertise, my whole house now has a beautiful, calm, and warm feel, exactly what I was hoping for. I especially want to thank David for getting everything started with my floor refinishing project. His team put in a huge amount of work repairing and restoring my existing hardwood, installing new matching floors in the kitchen, and adding new baseboards and molding throughout the house. Seriously, they’ve done an incredible job transforming my home! They’ve refinished all my hardwood floors, completely renovated my kitchen, painted three levels of my house (bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, family room, and even a fireplace!), redesigned and renovated three bathrooms, and replaced my laundry room floor. I've been so impressed with the quality of their work and the professionalism of everyone who came to my home – from the careful preparation to the thorough clean-up.   Overall, my experience at Aladdin in Rockville was fantastic! It was the second carpet store I visited, and I was immediately impressed with the huge selection of prices, quality, and styles. Honestly, it was a little overwhelming with so many choices, but David was a lifesaver. He was incredibly knowledgeable and so patient – he really took his time answering all my questions and letting me take samples home to consider. We finally settled on the St Croix French Pewter, and I’m thrilled with our decision. David was also very accommodating with the installation schedule, working with my personal needs to hold off on the delivery. The final install and carpet itself are absolutely beautiful; it feels amazing to walk on barefoot! I’d definitely recommend Aladdin to anyone looking for a new carpet and I’ll be sure to tell my friends. report abuse
